Im a builder, so i get the best prices possible. Real estate in my area is very very high. A crappy small house goes for 400,000 min. Land ranges from 200,000 and up. I got it for less than that.

Nice house! Is that a 4 car garage or 2? It looks a little small for 4. Also what's the square footage of the house?

Its a two car garage. Without the basement the house is about 4500 square feet.

I never understood having a 2 car garage that would require 2 chain driven garage door openers. Nice house nonetheless.

400k gets you a 2/2 1000 sf Condo in San Diego.
That house and land here would be 1.2 million and up.
Looks awesome!
Congrats!
Here is a view from my condo in Downtown SD... (that's my boy in the pic)

Thats a breath taking view. Do you own it, or rent?

Just went through a divorce so I had to rent right away...
the thing is, it is funny, I can rent a condo in Downtown SD for cheaper than I can own it right now.
My rent is less than your mortgage I bet, but the unit under me on the 18th floor is going for 1.1 million.
I cannot afford to buy in this market!
Maybe I should move to NY?
NAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!
LOL
Used to have a house like yours in Las Vegas on an acre, gosh I miss those days....but not the weather...
