how to attach a pic
 

I have e-mailed jmanz for help on how to attach a pic. I guess he's busy. So anyone who can get me through the steps I would appreciate the help.

Despite having a Masters in Arts degree a lot about this site, ie avatar, is "Greek" to me. I think my problem may be the size of the pics. Also how do I e-mail you my avatar?
