Hey dkmura, I submitted a post to the marketplace yesterday and was wondering what the time frame is before a mod reviews it for approval? Thanks.

Hi, I am new to the forum, yesterday I started a for sale thread in the forced induction section.... today I did an edit of the thread , saved it , and then the thread disappeared ! have I cancelled it by mistake or has it been removed from the board for some reason? I hope not, because i payed premium membership just to be able to post in the classifieds... thanks for any help

    Hi dkmura,

You helped me with the diagnosis of the knocking noise on my 350z.
    Thanks again.

    I have another question,

I have noticed my fuel consumption is crazy like 16L/100km average around town. If I put my foot down a bit I'm well above 26L/100km easy.
I have also noticed one or two flat spots when driving.
Also it smells like my cat is going too.

Are these symptoms of injectors needing a clean?
I through in a petrol injector cleaner product with a tank of gas in the mean time. Should I take a look at the spark plugs and what else should I add to the list of things to check?

Hi there. I see you are one of the moderators on engine classified section. I see that my engine for sale thread was closed. Can you please tell me why this was?

hey i have a question about the transmission oil you talked about in a long ago post, said MTL and MT-90 50/50 mix, i went to redline and it says MTL is a 70w80, and mt-90 is 75w90. you run these two blended together? i didnt know if 70w80 is ok to put in a Z transmission if they require a higher viscousity

And by the way, I love the new layout of the NSM website. Quality of the picture is great and it's easy to navigate. Love it. Keep up the great work.

May I make a suggestion? I really enjoy reading Road&Track's stories by Peter Egan. I know talent like him is hard to find but it would be great to have a causual editorial similar to that. Maybe that extra page which will cost bugu money, I don't know but I thought I'll suggest it. Thanks.
