music request and local colllege park Z's

after listening to T.I King's cd over and over, it kinda gets annoying while ur driving around listening to the same songs over and over. just wanted to know what u guys listen to while ur cruising around so i can pop some fresh songs in the radio. i was watching some drags and they play some nice music. i just downloaded the whole 'Trapt' cd and their songs arent bad at all. im open for recommendations, any type of music will do. oh yeah, i live in college park md and i was eating down there with my girl today and saw 4 z's in the lot. daytona blue, 2 silvers, and 1 brand new (i guess cuz of the plates) PPW but it had a tag on the front dash that say 'PERSIANBMW' hmm...well if ur gonna drive a ferrari, i dont know why u'd put a sign that says 'indiancivic' or something, hehe. not bashing, i just thought that was weird. but the ppw looked nice tho. i own the black Z btw. k thx bros

Eh.. that album was alright. It was too reminiscent of Linkin Park for me, which I used to like ... but stopped listening to for some reason.

Not sure what kind of music the OP likes lately I've been listening to :

Motorhead: Ace of Spades
Leatherface: Mush
Dashboard Confessional: Any (Yes I'm a ******)
Deftones: Adreneline
Misfits: Static Age
Saves the Day: Sound the Alarm / Old songs and B sides album
Jay-Z / DJ Danger mouse : Gray Album

That's what I can think of off the top of my head. If you are more specific I could recommend something more topical.

Mike Shinoda will always sound like Linkin Park, but I think thats ok cause I f'ing love Linkin Park too. I'm a fan of both Hip-Hop and Rock, thats why I like LP, but Fort Minor is strictly the hip-hop side of it. The beats are great and awesome to drive too, like "Remember The Name" and "Believe Me". Plus the song "Kenji" is very emotionally powerful, especially if you're asian. I really like it, any LP fan would, but for those that are not into that mixed genre I think Fort Minor stands on its own as a really good Hip-Hop album.

Just my $.02

Agreed, the beats are good I just find myself left wanting on vocals and lyrics. I think "Where did you go" would be much better with just the female vocals.
