Car show in Charlottesville
 

One of the local car clubs is having a show August 12 here in Charlottesville. Thought that I would post this in case anyone wants to stop by to check it out. It's not a huge show but, it's only the second one they have had. Some of you may recognize the blue car....

Only ONE cute Asian chick? They must be pretty rare around those parts I guess...

hahaha actually this year we will have 3 or 4 maybe 5. and then i somehow landed free strippers to come in bikinis! haha. the show benefits a charity that provides gifts of comfort to pediatric cancer patients locally. its a fun event. if you come youll get discounts on parts and dynos at a dyno shop in harrisonburg. and alot of other stuff...this year we have trophies too (we coudlnt get them there in time last year)

yea this show was small but lots of fun. Guys that put it one did a good job and make everybody feel welcome. Wish I could make it back this year

Just back from the show. About 40 cars turned so, it wasn't bad. It was hotter than %^&*@# in that parking lot today. I guess it turned out for the good since I took first in the "tuner" class. :icon38:
