Yeah me too. I've gotten kicked out of a bunch of parking lots for donuts and the first time I ever drifted I accidently drifted in between 2 moving cars lol. I'm to afraid of hurting my baby.

Vol 2 starts filming in two weeks...week of the 22nd. Let me know if you know of some sick (safe) locations. Ridding shot gun always helped me to learn also.

I have a professional videographer and everything this time round. Last time was my Casio digital pocket cam, but I did buy a tripo for those, can wait for the video man moments..lol) Ghost30 has that million dollar Apple Suite for some sick musical backgrounds also.

Let me know if you want to roll. Late nights or early mornings always work for me.

just a question:

how much experience do you have? seemed pretty sloppy... I would say stay in open spaces until you are a mastuh! less chance of damage... there are enough Drift clinics in our area that I don't need to see a post where you actually hit the pillar!!! you have a very nice car!

but not trying to flame or anything, just my opinion. go on with your bad self. I do plenty of stupid things as well!

I had at least 6 foot between the pillar and myself. and considering that was only the second time I had been around the pillar. I predicted the offset way before i needed to worry. I have enough experience to know that I drive a 40K + car and if dont think I can do it, I wouldnt. I have tested my car at speeds upto 45-50 mph. I simply dont have enough power to keep the car sideways with 285's on the rear.

Thanks, but if I wreck my ride, it will be because I was pushing myself to the extreme, not because of the lack in skills. I once walked a 1981 chevette over 3 miles in the snow....lol.

Its just a car, its replaceable.

Mid A is waiting for your (or other local guys) drift videos to post also. lol. I am just having fun man, I will try to go pro, when I pay off my car. I want to drift, this car, in its shell form, but I want to buy another one first. No need to prove myself to anyone right now.

cool man, sounds like you have some experience.

I would say buy a beater if you want to start doing it!

I sadly, do not have the money to go replacing $1200 sets of tires, I am trying to buy a set of rims (not 19s) to get some crap tires mounted to so I can start getting into this more.
