That was the 4th time I had my head split open. The first 3 time I got stiches. Twice on the forehead and once on the chin. Nothing beats a good war wound!

Not many formal classes, you get lots of small group stuff. I dig the atmosphere. Very rocky like, old gym, etc..

I just wish they would clean the mats more often
I dig "informal" classes. Thanks for the info, I'll look into it more when the time comes. What weight do you fight at? I grappled in the 170-179lb range, I had been down to as low as 169lbs. Looking back I looked like a Hispanic Ethiopian, Im 6'1" and walk at 210lbs now. I'll never be that small again Amazing how much weight I lost in 6 months of 3-4X a week grappling.

Trying to arm bar a guy. Didn't work.

After that fight, only KO I've ever had. I could barely stand. I got smacked pretty good.

From a kickboxing fight.

Kick Boxing practice at my old college. We had to train in the racquet ball courts.

My first big fight. Excuse the hair...I blame my ex girlfriend for letting me do it. I broke his nose. He then smashed me pretty good.

My last fight, won a decision. He was 181 and had been training. I took the fight on 30 min notice because his opponent didn't show. I was bad out of shape and played a conservative game.

This is my favorite picture, but because of work I can't embed it, so if someone wants to, be my guest.

I fight between 155-170. I'm a bit small for 170 though. I'm tall and lanky.

I agree with that. All my fingers have been broken, fractured, sprained, along with my pinky knuckle being shattered into my hand and 2 of my ribs have been cracked and pushed in, knees are completely done and a blow to the ear hurts like none other. I guess its a good thing I quit playing lacrosse after 15 years, lol.

I was in half guard on top and he spun over. I have the right one in. He tried to lean forward to I used my left to post so I wouldn't go over the top.

I know exactly how you feel, I was a martial arts assistant training in the Marines before I got out in 04. I had my fair share of ear punches and yes my eyes did water up, but I held strong. That **** hurts like crazy..... I was more scared that my ear would get all fat.

9-7 with a few exhibition fights thrown in. Or something like that. They all kind of blur together now.

I've been paid 3 times, I'm 1-2 in the ones I've been paid for. I'm kinda like semi-pro I guess? Each state has different regulations for what constitutes "pro".

I have to use a proxy to view myspace, its blocked at work. I've yet to figure out how they format their picture code so I know where to take the proxy tags off.

I need to sit down at home when I can use both and look at it.
