GF's Corolla makes new friends.
 

Took the GF's Corolla to Frank to get some work done. Got :gotowned: when I pulled into the parking lot and saw this:

Met some cool peeps from the mid A, looked at some cars.... Not a bad way to spend a saturday. Cass, your car looked awesome.

(TT DB Z) (TT G37 with the biggest set of brakes I have ever seen) (and a beautiful red g35.)

It was great when Frank said "Your car is done" and I had to putter quietly away hoping no one saw me. Kinda like dating a fat girl.....

the TT g37 is Fireboys and the red g35 is nyqueenz from g35driver

I knew I messed em up. I had red=Fire in my head

dont worry when its gets done that red one will be fire no doubt!

I was really excited when I showed up. I had a friend follow me over there but I told him to just leave me there so I could stand around and shoot the sh!t with the owner of the DB while frank did the work. I was a little scared he may not be able to handle the power of the corolla when he backed it out of the garage but everything went ok

thefireboy has the sickest brakes I have ever seen in person. There is zero space behind the rims, just rotors and calipers. Nick's G37 also has one of the best exhaust notes I have heard - AAM 3" pipes.

The red G is slammed low and has some crazy offset dishes in the rear - its gotta be 5" plus.

Met a few other Z/G guys that aren't very active on the forum, but are into the mods just the same, nice guys as well (I am terrible with names - sorry guys). It was especially nice to see Hill's Garage with a nice collection of Z's and G's out front, just the way it should be.

Yeah I didnt post the close ups I took of that beautiful engine, just in case you were trying to keep that beast under wraps. :)

No worries from me, my build is about as public as it can get.

Now the dyno numbers may be a slightly different story.....

i dont think NYC public said anything about his car since he is out of the country.

my car will be there tomorrow morning bright and early.. only for an oil change this time though dangit
