yeah they said due to the "angle of the intersection" the other guys story is "possible". I have to go through my insurance now and hope they go through arbitration or whatever.

allstate adjuster comes out monday or tuesday to look at it. and then we go from there. I very much doubt this will turn out well for me. Even with a witness it seems as if it doesnt matter unless God was watching any ones word can be believed
