well im new to nissan it seem to me that nissan is putting the vq35de engine into everyting (pathfinder fx45 maximas) is there a difference in them? parts interchangable? thanks alot

The engines used in the Altima, G35, 350Z, etc. are tuned differently to get the respective HP. I'm sure the parts can be swapped out...

FX 45 is not a VQ. Thats a 4.5L V8. But it is used in the 3.5 Altima's and Maxima's, Murano's, FX35, and of course the Z. :)
