Thumbs up New family member in CA !

Hi !
My name is Lionel, 33 years old, and french who lives now in California since September '07 !

In France, I used to have sports car since 2000, japanese performance car to be exact. I always liked the 350Z, and now I have my roadster ! A touring version, from 2004, with 45 000 miles, no modifications (not yet )

I hope to be with you during your next events, and to meet other sports car fans to share our passion !

Here is the pictures of my previous cars in France :

My first REAL car, a subaru impreza gt turbo, 211 bhp

One year later I sold the subaru to try the famous VTEC Honda engine... with the Integra Type R, 190 bhp
(pic to come)

2 years later, I got the most famous v12killer in the world (:rock , the Toyota Supra twin turbo of 330 bhp (stock version)
(pic to come)

1 year later, VTEC is back with the amazing S2000 (240 bhp)

In love with Honda, but constraint to sell my s2000 to buy my house, I took the last model of Civic type R (200 bhp)

... and finally the flashback, but more powerful, with a subaru STI8 a bit modified () and with 350 bhp instead of the stock 265.

Now, let's go with the FairLadyZ

Bye, and hope to have great events with you !
Lionel.

Of course it was a 200hp car, great to drive, but less fun than the ITR and the S2000.

Just giving you hell and a nice warm welcome to my350z... Southern Cali is a beautiful place, and I personally miss the scene, not the same out here in Hawaii... I will be moving out there in a few months, and let me tell ya, I can't wait. Take care and post some pics when you get the new Z.

Thanks for your welcome!
Steveo, San jose is in Northern CA, in the silicon valey.

Hope I can join you for some nice events like track days or day cruise. I have already my roadster, just need to do some pics to present it. I forgot to tell that my frist car bought in US was a Mustang GT convertible from 2007, nice car for cruising, realy pleasant to drive.

Welcome to the forum Lionel. You'd have been quite a celebrity if you'd had the 350z back in France from what I understand, not many of them are there.
Enjoy your Z in the US.

Well, in France, it's not so hard to find some 350Z, a bit more for convertible, but they are more expensive than here. Having a Supra or NSX is much more difficult and prestigious
