Finished the transaction today, now a proud owner of a 2007 Enth. in San Marino Blue.
Thank you all for your advise - the forum really helped me set my priorities!!

Now for the next 2 projects:
1. Upgrade the stock head unit to Navi + Bluetooth + USB
2. Rear spoiler - lip probably, but not sure yet..
