Hello all. I just picked up my Z this past weekend. It's a 2008 Enthusiast with 73K miles on it. It's also stock. I'm so excited and every time I look at, there's a smile on my face. My other car is a Subaru Outback that I plan to hang on to as my practical car. This is my first sports car. I'm not planning on doing any mods to it. I will probably freshen up the interior by reupholstering the seats, as the cloth on the drivers seat is starting to get holes in the bolster.

Welcome to the lunacy!

Nice ride. Yours happens to be about the 50th "new owner" car in RED. No clue why so many.... OK, I kid, but the last 3-4 or so have been red.

It's because red is the only correct color on a 350Z. You should know that Mike.

Congrats on the beautiful RED 2008 HR. There is no substitute.

Zak, you've been just waiting to say that, haven't you? Had enough of the "Well, we all know that Chrome Silver is king." blather from me, yes?

If it's so good, how come so many are selling them? Found out it clashes with their Estee Lauder color chart?

No. The previous owner replaced them sometime last year.

I think I'm in the midst of a mid life crisis. My husband got a GTI last year and I was green with envy every time I got into my Outback.

That's unfortunate. Was giving you a chance to make some cash money.

He moved too fast on pulling the trigger on it and we couldn't conduct an intervention.

Red IS the midlife crisis color. Mic went through his midlife crisis back in the 1990s, so there you go!

Congrats OP! You sure you don't want to wake that exhaust note up a lil' bit, or maybe throw a set of swaybars on for those windy mt roads? Have fun, and good luck staying stock :P
