But the time has come as my squadron is moving to Whidey Island end of next year
No more paradise
Thank you, but it's not there yet !
Solidifying a mod by welding shut unused nipples. While I was back there trimmed several brackets and remove a huge bracket located on the driver side rear of the motor (1lbs)!

My most memorial memory was when you had your custom exhaust setup, I remember Ina night cruise being blocked off by other cars and I couldn't see you, but every time you accelerated , my god ! All I heard was a screaming VQ so I knew you were near...
I'm pull my fuel tank out...trying not to touch the subframe, PAIN

Must be nice. I was admiring the pictures and reminiscing of my time there. I would loose my mind if I was stationed there now.

The next MOD is only possible if you have delete the speaker box area. I'm in the process of dropping the fuel tank to cut it in half, without dropping the subframe !
So if you've removed I we speaker box the two volts should be visible. You would need to create a bigger box to use tools .
Below are quite from a memeber on the other site currently doing the mod.
Ok the tank took about an hour alone. Pretty easy as its only held in by two straps and 3 hoses but the two 17mm strap bolts have zero room to remove from below which are above the subframe. I had to take two nuts and from inside the car, lock them together around the threads sticking up from underneath and then loosen them. Then below I could remove with my fingers holding the tank up with my other arm.
So much room! My heads spinning with all the activities we can do! So many activities!!!!
Whole body can fit!
