Sorry for the delayed post, been busy getting stuff done.

This past Saturday, was the 70th anniversary for Porsche, so I was invited to tag along with some fellow car enthusiasts. We drive through the Sam Houston National Forest, which pretty much gave us the entire road to ourselves. Obviously we had to stop for some pictures.
After we arrived at Porsche North Houston, the drooling was real 😍😍

Today I had the window tint redone as the tint on the car was faded and bubbling. As soon as I can get a hold of the detailer, I'll get the headlights refinished and that'll be all I do while in TX (or so I say)
I can't wait to get back to L.A. and get the LMGT1s on the car, though I may slightly changes those up before they go on. Also picking up a Nismo intake and going to install that, as well as an AMS short shifter that a very generous friend is giving to me.

looking into having a friend of mine fabricate a titanium exhaust for the car as well as some other goodies.

the list isn't that long, but I'm making some progress

I haven't really posted many pictures since the paint because I wanted to get the headlights refinished. Well I finally got around to getting that done. This is after a through wash, and interior clean, after the headlights were done.
Still a lot to get done and have redone on this car, but so far things are going very well. This coming Monday, I'll make the trek back to L.A., where the real fun will begin.

UPDATE:
Its been a busy week, but I am finally back in L.A. with the car, and lots to do!!
Parts are on order, appointments are set to get the rear fenders rolled, then will put the LMGT1 wheels on it (as soon as I get a set of rear tires, and new valve stems), then will have the suspension dialed in, and corner balance the car. Get misc details cleaned up and sorted, like trying to track down replacement interior plastics.

Well, I couldn't wait to get out and drive the car on some of these great California roads. This past weekend, I joined a few friends and their awesome cars for a nice drive up to Newcombs Ranch in the Angeles Crest mountains.

I continued the weekend, and meet my friend Gary and his R34 sedan at Supercar Sunday in Woodland Hills, then we went for a nice drive to the Rock Store on Mulholland

Here is the infamous Tony putting in the work on cutting down the inner fender lip, and reworking the front fenders as well. The previous owner did a so so job, so I had them re done. Waiting on the hub centric spacers, and extended studs from Z1 Motorsports, to put the LMGT1s on the car, hopefully next week.

Also, Hope everyone is having a happy 4th of July. Figured I'd share this picture of my friends BNR34 Skylines

Update:
. The parts from Z1 arrived. I purchased the Z1 brake master cylinder brace, which was a very simple istall, and made an instant difference in brake pedal feel, a set of Z1 10mm wheel spacers with extended wheel studs, Muteki lug nuts, and the Z1 polyurethane differential bushings.

On Monday the car will go to my local shop to have the Z1 polyurethane differential bushings installed, and the extended wheel studs so that I can FINALLY get the Nismo/RAYS LMGT1 wheels put on the car!!

last night I took the car to lower grand with some friends to start shooting for a TV show pilot I'm working on and took some quick snaps

My buddies recently restored 240Z

So today I finally got around to putting my RAYS/Nismo LMGT1 wheels on the car. The delay was I needed extended wheel studs and a 10mm spacers, and forgood measure I had the fenders shaved.
i may move up to a 285 tire in the rear, as currently it is a 275/35-18

The wheels are 18x9.5 +14 / 18x10 +20

Also, what are your thoughts on the colors?
. I may have them refinished (again) gun metal or some sort of dark grey on the faces, with a machined center, and black chrome lips with hardware.

Update:
Getting ready to order the next stage of modifications for the Nismo. Looking at a CSF aluminum radiator with Z1 radiator hoses, as well as the Z1 polyurethane transmission mount. The Diff bushings really changed that, so going to add with the transmission mount, and then the subframe collars.

Next will be the Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings, with the SPL shock solid aluminum bushings
