Default Which spark plugs for 07 350z?

I've searched through other posts for specifics but have not found any answers.. I have an 07 350z and I'm running a 100 shot tuned.
, now my question is which spark plug should I run exactly? Yes I know one step cold, or "ngk copper" but I haven't bed able to find a specific plug I should use. Any help on this is appreciated. Thanks!

First two threads basically say no one was making one step colder plugs for the 07+. Last thread says to use 370z plugs. They are iridium, like the one the hr motor uses, but one step colder. Iridium is fine to use if you can't find copper plugs.

Use 370z spark plugs if you want to go one step colder. For two step colder, you can use GTR spark plugs.
