Is that for both front n rear hotchkis sway bars?

Yup, Hotchkiss, not their latest version, but the one before that.

are the sway bars used? anything wrong with the V1 compared to the newest ones?

Yes, they are used. The new ones have more adjustability. I do have someone ready to buy them, but no $ yet.

still have the spl upper arms?
