who's got the supercharged PPW Z? Friday night?
 

So i'm driving home from the shop, just got a bunch of goodies installed on my Z. I see another PPW Z cruising down Route1 in Edison, heading towards New Brunswick. I finally catch a light with him and start talking while the light is red. Right as he pulls up i hear a "whoooosh" -- blow-off valve. DAMNIT! First night i get my first set of mod's and i run into someone with a supercharger! aaaaaaaah son of a... :icon20: Ok enough ranting. Just wanted to see if the guy was on the forums at all???

yeah it was a PPW Z with a supercharger, i didn't get to ask him what kind though. The light turned green and he burned me!

Was he african american?

most likely a vortech?

ok, at risk of making myself sound stupid...i've never heard of a supercharger with blow off valve. I thought that was just for turbo?

Yes most of the Vortechs people put blow off valves on them. Not common but they can/do. Doesnt sound bad either!

FI is FI, be it from a super charger, turbo charge, or a leaf blower.

I had a good view of the back of his car and i didn't think to check out the plate#... i guess i was too busy watching my tach. I think he had jersey plates. I duno, it looked nice. I think he had some 19's and was lowered w/ factory rear spoiler, looked real clean. I duno if he was flooring it or not but i got pulled 2-3 cars in 1st n 2nd gear, then i gave up and laughed at myself.

That was probably my friend eddy. He doesn't have his **** tuned. He is not on this forums, he is on 350z tech i think. I have a video of his car before he put on the supercharger. Here it is on my myspace: www.myspace.com/soldiersinx

edit: He has a vortech supercharger. I have pictures of them putting it on, lol.

Yeah, thats definitly him. He mentioned that he tried to get his car tuned but couldn't because he installed the Vortech himself. How much power is he putting down?

Don't let him lie to you, the reason he doesn't get his car tuned is because he is cheap!!! Lol. No clue on how much he is putting down. Before the SC, he had a borla exhaust, pop charger and test pipes, he put down 10rwhp more than my stock 06. No idea what he dynos now.
