I just got my Nismo Rims and Nitto tires, I will taking them to the dealer to mount. Atleast if they scratch or mess them up they can replace them.

NTB does not like to install wheels and tires not bought from them anymore. You will have to use Mr. Tire. or any Mile One dealer. You also can go to tirerack.com and they have lists of prefered installers on their site by zip codes.

Mr. Tire
Rithcie HWY Glen Burnie MD
$20 for 18" rimes, tire mount and balance off the car.

Beats the dealer price even, and they can handle forged powdercoated rims without scratcheing them.

Mukrat, I know where that Mr. Tire is too. I'm going to actually go with Kustom Koncepts on Rt. 40. $20/wheel and they will guaruntee against any scratches.

Thanks for everybody's help :)

Only place I'll let touch my wheels now is Radial Tire in Silver Spring. Paul (the owner) is the 2nd largest retailer of Fikse wheels, and much of the Porsche club racers trust their $1200 wheels to him all the time. No scratches whatsoever... His shop is by far the best wheel / tire place anywhere anywhere in the Mid-Atlantic (if not the entire East Coast). It's definitely worth the drive down...

All I can say is BE CAREFUL..

Ask the dealer if they use a metal holder when clamping the rim to put the tire on. If they do not have a rubber clamp, DO NOT!!!!!!!! give them the 19's. When it's clamped they run a serious risk of clamping it too hard leaving what looks like vice grip marks in the lip/edge.

Pay the extra money and go to a shop you know can handle 19+.

It's actually best to find a place that can do 20"+ (for SUV's, and such) because then you know it's 19" safe.

Mr. Tire can handle up to 22" wheels. They are part of MILE ONE dealerships. I use them for my truck wheels. Most MILE ONE dealers have a Mr. Tire in their service area.

merchants handle up to 20" rims.

Dave ever been down Rt. 1 in Elkridge? There is a wheel shop called Ye'Ole wheel shop they fix & paint rims. My friends parents own this shop, I have been taking my rims there forever and I get tires through them. They have an account with tirerack, I would recommend them, they wont scratch your wheels....Kustom Kocepts on 40 is kinda ghetto.

Do you guys think Mr. Tires will install TPSs using the banding method?
