Thunderhill with ClubZ 1/29 - 1/30: Who's going?
 

People have told me in the past they they can't attend track events because they don't know about them far enough in advance. Here you go with 3 weeks to spare..

Thunderhill is about 2hrs north of San Francisco. You could probably hook up with the guys at Z car garage. I think they sometimes caravan up.

they have one this Jan 15 too right?

15th is a drift event though I don't know who is sponsoring it and the 16th is the T'hill HPDE school. I'm still thinking about going to the Sunday Z event. It's tempting for sure.

so 1/29 - 1/30 is the TRACK even. Not drif right? do we have to belong to any club in order to attent?

Hello Club Z and friends!

We’ve recently realized that our event announcement did not get distributed in December and we were too busy with our own holiday merriment to notice! We sincerely apologize for the short notice as the event is only 3 weeks away! Early bird entry ends in 1 week! Due to this failure on our part to get the word out early, we may have to cancel the event if we don’t get enough people signed up in a hurry. So please help us spread the word!

If I end up going, it will be a last minute decision. Don't know if I'll have the money for this.

The event is still listed on their site. I take it that means it is still happening?

I want to go, but I am waiting to see if I will have my Stealth back from the shop by then. If not, I may have to bring the Z.

Latest word is that this is happening for sure. The bad news is that they are way under on people. The good news is that this means this will probably be the most track time you will ever see.

If anyone is still waiting to sign up please sign up ASAP. If anyone has friends that are interested please invite them. This event is not exclusive to Z's.

The organizers stand to take a potential hit and this may sour future events. The ClubZ.org guys always do an outstanding job and I'd hate to see them take a hit.

Saturday will be the standard counter-clockwise. Sunday will be in reverse (counter-clockwise). Remember you can sign up for a single day if you can't make Sat and Sun.

wait a minute Yellow Stealth are you implying that the Stealth is faster in the corners than the Z. my stealth handled vary good but the Z is twice the car in the corners. my 2 cents
