Salt, pepper, garlic, dijon mustard.
Insert sliced garlic inside the meat.
Cook in 325 degrees until meat is 145 degrees (medium). Let it stand another 5-10mins.
Serve with horseradish or use drippings to make gravy.
Good Luck

You like crusty stuff anyways. Just like the crusty shiet around your lips when you wake up in the morning.
No need to marinade.
The first 2 hours or so cover the roasting pan with foil. Then remove the foil so the meat will brown. You can also broil at the end to brown the meat.

Ok Arvin, Melanie and I will stop by and say hi to everyone, but I am not we will be able to stay. Depends on her parents' plans as her mom has some medical needs.
Mabye we can find something to bring over to enjoy, any suggestions?
BTW, I just a deep fryer for my Bday and can't wait to try a turkey

Go get a meat temperature instead. More accurate. Cooking times will vary on the weight of course. If your roast has bones, it will take longer.
