But the meet happaned already, it was at 6PM Sat. night...The rain wasnt big deal, it was the wind, even Sonic shut down the parking lot service, drive thru only, we end up going to Chevys, but we came back to Sonic after dinner just to get some taters and cherry limeade.

G folks are nuts, driving 70 miles in the rain just to get some taters. :icon38: :icon38: :icon38:

Chit, just heard one of the G lost control on the way home, he went thru a puddle of water on the freeway and rear tire lost traction and fishtailed, no one hurt tho, thank God!!!

Crap, i got the days mixed up. Its okay God willing next time.

It was a close one, Shane. It definitely could have been much worst. There was a second set of cars, pulled over to the side, whom had driven through the same standing water.

Followed the nephew home. Gotta give him a call in a bit and see how he is doing.

Thanks goodness nobody got hurt. Slow down guys, slow down!!!
