*NSFW* Treasure Island Z/G Meet. 8/22/2009

Ok guys, I'm making this meet official. The Treasure Island Meet is going to take place on 08/22/2009 from 11:00am - 6:00pm (Or till whenever we leave). This meet has been on for years, and the last Treasure Island meet that i recall was back in 2006. There are still work to be done to coordinate this meet, but i just want to start with the list so we can get a head count. Last but not the least, please drive responsibly when you arrive. We don't want to have any issues with the police coming over or what not. So lets make this meet the one to remember.......:icon21: Also, for those who are wondering where to meet on Treasure Island, I'm here enclosing a map where we plan to meet. The location is the area circled in white.

P.S: I will update the thread as more information becomes available. There will also be a photo shoot sessions during the meet, so I would like to have all the attendees arrive no later than 1:30pm so we all can take advantage of the lighting and the beautiful SF scenery as a back drop.

After we Eat (No Set Time, No Rush) we will stage and head out to T.I. We will only be doing a pit stop here to hang out and take some pix. Due to lack of permits we will only stop for 1.5-2 hours and then move on.

Sorry, we don't have ETA available for T.I.

Point D
Final destination will be Alameda where we will be able to hangout with no restrictions. At this point we hang out until whenever.

The Maps will be available the day of the meet. All Caravans other than the official Z Car Garage one needs to be coordinated amongst yourselves.

Please update your name on the list if you plan to join us for lunch and a head count in your party ASAP please. Also Include if you plan to join the Z Car Garage Caravan.

I also would like to get everyone's opinion on the potluck style bbq option. I like the idea of a potluck style bbq because since this is such a rare event, I would like to spice things up a little bit. Your thoughts??
