cheap filter imo ........it can be found in photoshop......... good vectoring takes allot of skill and time.......

Vector magic is processed on their server because it has a lot of settings and is very intense I am very bad at it and did little or no manipulation to these photos I just simply uploaded but they have a lot of tools to make it come out very good and the algorithms are proprietary.

It's called "Live Trace" in Illustrator. :)
