Well the only way you can get that light is an aluminum inserted flywheel that will eventually have parts come off of it and most likely a warped insert after some heat. I would highly not recommend...

Should move about 5/8" normally, Depends alot on pedal height and adjustment also how far it will move.

If it has good movement and the pedal feels good most likely you have a clutch issue
