When my car was doing this it turned out to be thermostat.. you may as well change coolant and check cap, and bleed the system + do all the other basic maintenance routines if you just got the car.....

Turns out I needed a tune. Jon at Z1 hooked me up, my car was apparently going into limp mode or something of that sort. Car runs better than ever now!

Yeah the tone sounds "crisp" and deeper. Much healthier sounding. But no the car is actually sluggish. I'm guessing due to needing a tune.

yes about the power, but it feels sluggish at certain RPMs rather than just a loss of a few HP (I doubt I'd notice anyways..) so I think it's something with needing a tune. And yeah I've read good...

I switched to Mobil 1 0w-40 3k miles or so ago. The pressure still seems to be within spec due to the thermostat change. I'm really shocked not gonna lie. I'll keep the thread updated.
