Yeah most 1/2 drive torque wrenches start at 24-25 ft lbs. If you are going to torque those you will want to get a 1/4 drive. At Harbor Freight they are like $20

O2 sensors changed from narrow band to wide band in the late 2004ís. The plug went from 4 to 5 wires. If you have a 2004 itís recommended you physically check to see which you have.
