Quamen everytime I look at this thread you simply amaze me. Congrats on all the hard work paying off, I know you are looking for a specific # on the tune but this thing no matter what power it makes is very impressive.

Started cutting the hood. Wideband is hooked up and will be tested tomorrow. Bypass valve flange is welded onto piping and bypass valve is on. Should have some pics tomorrow.

Everything is installed on the car and connected!

Had some issues that I resolved. The bypass valve adjustment screw wasn't tight enough and was making me have a rough idle for some reason. Once I tightened it everything got better. Right now the 0% column is quite good and I will be working on the 10%-100%.

Let's hope it goes well!

Videos tomorrow of the car!! I was unable to get my friends video camera to load onto my laptop so I have to wait for him to upload them for me tonight.

All I have to say is that it is so nice to have the power again! I hit about 8psi at about 6300rpms. With that in mind I am going to need a bigger pulley like a 3.33 (running 3.25) as this was with the stock vortech.

Just got the videos!!

Not the best but they will do for now.

Yes. There is a huge hole in my hood that I have a custom panel coming for in order to allow vented air out.

No I don't car that it is ugly right now.

I am just happy that after all this work I was able to drive the car and tune for 3 hours straight with no issues like overheating or knock.

Video is of some short interupted pulls unfortunately but it is still nice to see it running. The one of my coming back is stopping to put a bolt back in the undertray that fell out which is what was hanging down. The clip at 14 seconds is 3rd-5th gear pulls. The last clip is 1st-3rd gear.

<object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/xX2uj2IPNFk&hl=en"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/xX2uj2IPNFk&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>

I will have better videos this week some time.

Damn, you got into it right away! It took me a while before I even got over 5k rpms. I finally just hit almost 9 lbs of boost - and it feels good I pushed the thing real hard today though - went through a ton of twisties on our cruise and got sideways plenty of times. Had a few knock events after things got real hot, and of course my LC-1 decided to stop working the first part of the cruise so I don't have good logs.

You're BPV flutters a lot more than mine...actually I don't think mine does that at all. Sounds cool though.

That map work out for you? I just did some more pulls tonight and will be making adjustments to it when I get around to it. Such a pain in the *** to weed through the logs though. All I know is that 5+ psi is really rich still, especially 7+ since I haven't tuned that yet.

EDIT: oh, and shouldn't your video be classified as top secret sh*t or something? You're revealing too much

I ended up just going with another map that I had and tuning from there. Started with some big adjustments to get it running rich. Than went and leaned them all out a bit, then once again taking baby steps. Now I am in safe across the board but working on the small variations. I still run a bit rich down low which seems to bog it down a bit and make it somewhat laggy it seems.
