Where should i install this x pipe
I got the injen ses exhaust with a berk test pipe and inside the car is really noisy so i bought this x pipe but i dont know where should i put it and how to install it, should i cut only the resonator out or take off the whole part and just make a new custom pipe and weld it to the x pipe

Ideally, placing a balance pipe closest to the front of the car, roughly 12-18" aft of the collector pipes will be most effective. In your case, installation just aft of the front resonator should help quiet it down a bit, along with a slight power increase.

The noise is from your test pipes... You need resonated test pipes or cats if you want to make things less noisy. That x pipe is not going to help anything.
Best idea would be return it and get some differential bushings... Like what I did their..

I like it to be loud but not the drone noise in the car

I drove around with Kinetix test pipes for about 30 minutes and could not stand the noise. Switched to the Motordyne ART pipes and was blown away by the difference. They were pricey but worth the cost in my opinion. I cannot vouch for any other resonated test pipes.

If you like it loud outside but quiet inside there is a SIMPLE solution. Pull your trunk apart, use Dynamat on everything, pull your doors apart, same thing (in moderation...remember the window mechanism is in there, you can also use the cheap lowes stuff to do the roof under headliner and area under the seats. I can guarantee you 100% that you'll cut you're noise level in the cab in half
