He's appariently in a marine unit in Camp Lejune, NC.
Have you tried contacting them to reference him? If he's still under service and guilty of this sht. They will ream his a** and 100% get a hold of him and his location. Probably investigate and come up with a lot more than you guys could in less time.
Or they will just notify you he is no longer and your back to where your at now.
I would find the POC for that marine unit and talk to a Sgt or higher regarding him. Don't go into full rage but calmly notify them you are trying to locate him while he is in possession of your car. Then depending on their reply explain the situation.

I messaged him on fb and he says I will have my car tomarrow apparently this guys a drug addict dont know how true that is but thats what I am being told by his FB friend and goes off the radar at times really shitty for me, Jesse the supposed car theif messaged me on FB and told me that I will have my car by tomarrow. HE HAS SAID THIS BEFORE so I dont believe him but I will keep you posted until then if you see the car notify the police of its location I would rather recover it then have him deliver it.

sub'd for this.
If you end up getting the car tomorrow, I'd have someone competent take a very close look at it before signing off on it.
If he really towed it with the rear wheels on the ground, that transmission is likely fk'd

Representing west palm Palm springs Florida maybe...
Im sure someone knows how to find him and but what a shitty experience. Probably all excited to get a new car delivered and then gotta deal with an incompetent transportation service.
Who uses a **** box F150 and a dolly for moving cars, hopefully you get it tomorrow and hopefully the front and rear bumpers are still intact. Thats a shitty move if he towed it with that... Drive wheels should never stay on the ground.

Yeah the only way it would work on a dolly is backwards and then the bumper probably wouldn't make the journey. Here is the manual page for it.
Without a plate on the car its not legal to drive with any wheels touching the ground unless you have certain plates... Then again in Vermont they dont really have laws.
