Holy crap! I was expecting a slight increase in sound, but boy I was wrong!
Current setup is now AAM non-resonated test pipes and Nismo S-Tune.
To be honest, the hiss and rasp doesn't bother me at all. It is just when I hit around 3k the noise amplifies so much! Anything more than I would say 25% throttle is loud. But with that all being said, full throttle to redline sounds amazing!
The CEL came on immediately for Bank 1 Sensor 2 saying low voltage. I am curious as to maybe if I remove the Z1 02 extenders I added on the already extended bung may fix this.
This is a warning to everybody looking at non-res test pipes. It will be MUCH louder, way louder than I thought originally. Will post a vid soon.

you could try this... it is 4 layers, maybe 3/4 inch thick... you take out your trunk carpet, trace it and then cut to size. place it in trunk and lay carpet back down. i have it in the vette and it cut down some noise. kinda expensive though

**edit, it says not for sale but i never hurts to call them

Oh the sound doesn't bother me, my Ducati is ear-piercing, like blows away most Harleys. I am just worried about the local fuzz breaking my *****.
Between the shooting range, hunting, the motorcycle, and now my car, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be legally deaf by 30...

Update. Removed the Z1 defoulers and still getting the CEL. Have my inspection soon so I have to figure this out.
Going to first switch the sensors to see if the code switches sides or remains the same. Then I guess go from there...

P0037 - HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low Bank 1 Sensor 2 is the code I am getting. To my understanding, it is ready low voltage, meaning that either the sensor is bad, OR, the sensor is not getting enough of a reading, which is why I removed the defoulers, thinking that the defoulers adding to the AAM test pipe bung extensions was overkill. Am I reading this wrong? Thanks by the way for your help.

I was very careful with the sensors, but maybe it just went out during the removal and install.
I guess switching the sensors is the way to go to see if it is indeed the sensor.

Update:
So last night installed the MD XYZ
Current setup is AAM non-resonated test pipes, MD XYZ with resonator, and Nismo S-Tune midpipe/muffler
All I can say is, WOW. It is perfect for me. 0 rasp, slightly louder than the stock cats/ S-Tune combo at regular driving, and then at full throttle it sounds AMAZING!
Wish I had this combo all these years. Going to post a vid soon.
