Baffled oil pan anyone?

Baffled oil pan anyone?
Last weekend I was at the Auto Club Speedway (Roval) in Fontana, CA for a trackday with Speed District (great group to run with). My 2nd time here, 1st time being 13+ yrs ago.
Anyways, my DE burns a little oil, so I do run a 25 row setrab in front and Redline 40wt race oil; this seems to have slowed the burn rate a little.
The roval part of the track is banked at maximum 14deg, and you're on there for a good 20-30 secs at WOT in 4th/5th. My concern is oil starvation on passenger side because my cam position sensor bank 1 (passenger side) crapped out towards end of day while on the roval section, thus ending my trackday. I reset the SES and was able to drive home w/o issue, parked car and havent really looked at it since.
Am I over thinking? I ordered 3 new sensors (2 CPS and 1 crank angle sensor) since I've never changed these out, and I'm original owner of this 2003 DE. So before I change the oil, should I get a baffled oil pan first? I plan on more track days at the Speedway because its so close to my house.
Anyone else who tracks feel the need for a baffled oil pan? and which brand?
btw, I researched into dry sumps, but thats a custom setup = $$$$$.
thanks.

So after some research/googling at work instead of actually working, I came up with a few options, and there aren't much for a DE:
Stillen higher capacity oil pan, but doesnt have internal baffling.
Greddy higher capacity oil pan, has some internal baffling, more $$$ because of name.
APS oil pan, loooong out of production
Oil pan spacers to increase capacity, not interested, need some internal baffling.
I'm leaning towards this pan with turbo lines blocked off.

What if you combined the CZP oil pan with a JWT spacer. You would get 2 more quarts, better cooling and with the spacer you get the extension for the oil pick up which puts the pick up deeper in the oil so during high G's it's not exposed.
Thoughts
The Cosworth baffles are made for the stock pan, will they work with the CZP?

How high up the roval were you? I'm still trying to find my line on that section where I don't have to lift too much. After being away for so long from that track, I wasn't going to push it on last-leg RE-11s. When I return to auto club it'll be with RE71Rs.

Yeah, just to add my 2-cents I put in a Z1 spacer prior to doing the ROVAL for the first time and did not see any dip in oil-preassure. I wasn't going too hard as I was learning the track .
By the way, when I did the ROVAL with Speed Ventures it looked like the 405, granted I was in the intermediary group, but from your video the track looks practically empty.

Cubic202, you need to run with a smaller car club. Speed Ventures use to be a smaller group many years ago, but they've grown in popularity and size.
I ran in intermediate too, with Speed District. They are very professional, organized, and not as crowded. I usually try to run with them, although they probably dont organize as many track days as Speed Ventures, etc. Speed District may cost a little more too, but timers and pictures are included.
That day was only about 30 cars TOTAL, so very open track. Here's the same clip I redid in RaceRender3 playing with different overlays:

Great vids guys!! Before hitting the roval, I watched a lot of youtube roval vids to study the lines and get an idea of corner speeds. I think I could probably drop a few seconds if I can just maintain at least 110mph throughout the roval section; also one of those S-curves I could probably drop to 2nd....
