Default Need help with flashing lights

I'm not sure how to use this site, I just signed up for help. I couple days ago I was driving and my rpm gauge just started jumping up and down while driving. The rpms of the car didn't change just the guage and then today I was driving and my heater was on then it cut out and the lights for the dials to change the fan and dial to change the heat from feet to window was flashing on and off.

What Trav said. Sounds like your AC Amp is going haywire (among other things.)

^ That.. Or your IPDM might have gotten wet inside and now it's affecting your CAN bus. Did the passenger side of your engine bay(in the cubby behind the battery) get drenched with water recently?..

I removed the panel and took a look everything seems fine back there all the other things happening seem to point to the a.c. amp is there a way to know if it's faulty when all looks okay

They are plastic parts so at a first glance it may look ok but try disconnecting and reconnecting. As for testing the A/C amp you cannot really do that really a hit or miss.

I'll check my car computer this weekend to see if you can perform any bidirectional tests to check the integrity of the system.
