Nismo exhaust
Just found this for 300. Was trying to find out if it will work with the stock mid pipe on my 07 350z. Guy only had the muffler. Any help is appreciated

Nope, not without some fab and welding.
The S-Tune muffler inlet takes a different bend going in from the mid-pipe (which the S-Tune mid already has.)
Stock config on left, S-Tune config on right. Note this is a Legalis-R, NOT S-Tune, but uses the same configuration as S-Tune.
Very little gain from the muffler only anyways, it's all in the Y-pipe and mid.

Only 2 you. And maybe someone who wants a semi custom exhaust system.
I would have picked it up for like half that price if someone local was selling it.
Just get a 3 inch y pipe and have s shop rig up a 3 inch mid pipe with a vibrant resonator and it will be a good excuse for the price of a good used exhaust.

Good luck finding just a mid-pipe.
If you want this muffler so bad - don't know why but whatever - just get a pipe and flange bent n' built for it and call it a day.

I had the same problem when searching. Mufflers were easy to source and clean, but all the Y pipes or mids I found where busted up junk. Some of the crappiness was from people who clearly fabricated something to fix the issue described here (IE: the Nismo muffler didn't fit so they made it work... sort of).
Thus I just gave up, bite the bullet and put in a cat-back Gemini system. Cost is 3 times what your looking at, but it is true dual setup thus overcoming the limiting Y-pipe.
