Rattling noise when starting
Has anyone had this problem,... I hear a loud rattling noise when I start my Z in the morning, or when she has sat for a few hours,... but this doesn't happen when the car is warm

Is the rattling noise coming from the car or from somewhere else? Like maybe three houses over?
Unless you post a coherent help ticket that shows you've put at least a modicum of effort in trying to figure out what part of the car the rattle is coming from, then that's going to be about the best help you can expect.
Year / Mileage / Mods / Condition of Vehicle (rust, etc.)?????

From the information you've provided I was going to say that it could be your timing chain, as the chain tensioner is oil pressure dependent.. It's a pretty common cold start noise with the VQ engines.. Does it sound like it's coming from the timing chain area, and diminishing after 2-3 seconds?

Have someone start the car when it's cold and listen for the location the rattle is coming from (under the hood, under the car, wherever.) Then report back. Any answer you get until then is going to be an uninformed one and simple conjecture.
Some basic (obvious) checking can improve this thread by leaps and bounds.
Until then...

OK. Then I'm going to guess that it's just timing chain slap until the tensioner becomes pressurized with motor oil.. What weight and type of oil are you running? Did this noise just start presenting itself after you've replaced all those parts? Were your replacement parts OEM NISSAN or aftermarket?

Could be a loose exhaust shield. Could be a guy with maracas hanging out in the shadows.

Duuuu!!!,... I've already done that,... and we've chained the timing chain and tensioners,... also replaced oil and water pump,... and it's still doing it,... so I thought I would reach out at this forum for help,... ***

If so, tons of Zs do this. They're loose when they're cold and as soon as it heats up/expands, no more rattle. Mine has done this since I've owned it.

Others speculated timing chain and OP said he changed timing chain but did not identify the locale. Also who's to say the sound is coming from that far forward? The specific rattling sound I hear from the cabin sounds like it's from the front until I knelt down next to the front and under the fore edge of the door.
Not saying you're wrong cuz yes, as you said, the tensioner is yet another area it could be. But at this point, just guessing and offering up another possibility.
And, I asked the Z shop about it when I first got the car. "Status quo, not unusual."
