Default 350z Clutch not disengaging after Manual swap

So Im done with my manual swap (i believe) but i bled and bled and bled my clutch till fork has enough travel im assuming compared to my friends cd009, When both rear wheels in the car goes into all gears fine with clutch, as soon car is on the ground it cant even get into 1st with clutch put all the way down so it doesnt drive, is it my fork? What could i have done wrong i changed the throwout bearing, whole brand new z1 clutch everything is connected, also i started the car in 1st clutch all the way down and it drove off but couldnt get into 2nd. what could my issue be? Im going to include pictures of the fork when clutch engaged and clutch disengaged

Are you using the shorty pivot ball with the cast iron fork?
The fork, pivot ball, and throwout bearing carrier are a matched set for 04+ 350Zs. The 03s had a stamped steal fork design that would flex and a longer pivot ball that was prone to breaking. You cannot mix/match the parts from the two designs.

What procedure are you following for bleeding the clutch hydraulics? Power bleeders generally don't work. You need to follow the manual pump method outlined in the FSM, this requires two people.

Lastly, there's a chance the disk was installed backwards. The neutral position of the fork doesn't seem right to me, also it doesn't look you're getting full travel from the slave cylinder.

Default Update.

So i went ahead and bought a brand new z1 pivot vall, z1 throwout bearing, bearing sleeve, and new upgraded fork its an 05 350z cd009 i checked the pilot bearing its flush, and i started the car in the air clutch all the way down and its still moving alot, i adjusted my clutch pedal to what i believe is right but if i could get a 100% accurate test that would be helpful but im stuck on what the issue could be i did 2man bleeding for 2 hours no air coming out still stuck? Pls help

What flywheel are you using?
What master cylinder since this was a conversion?
Which clutch pedal?

Did you get any photos of the clutch install? (disc, flywheel, pressure plate, all that good stuff) I'm thinking you're still not getting enough travel on the fork. It could be the hydraulics, or a combination of the pedal settings and hydraulics. Worst case, there's something not right with the flywheel & clutch combo that's impacting the stack height.
