This is gonna sound awful BUT..

finally! I can see why I had about 20 people either call me or tell me they were worried that it was me, I live about 30 minutes north of Springfield but am in Springfield quite often and have a lot of friends in Springfield..

And I think I know the car cause the owner would circle the square downtown all the time on Thursday, Friday, Saturday night but I've never talked to him or met him.. just noticed the car and how many times you would see it when we went out and get a kick out of it. But condolences to the family, awful thing to happen.

 

I'm from Rogersville which is 15 mins away. I go to school in KS though so I'm only home till Jan 8th. So who drives what in springfield?

I'm in the blacked out 03...the one without wheels. I am getting them powder coated this month though, and I also bought exhaust so you will remember me better next time you see me .

i'm in chesterfield (stl).

In order to snap a utility pole the car has to hit it pretty damned hard. I've seen trucks hit those poles and not snap them off. No way he was doing anything CLOSE to 30mph.

 

Wirnesses stated he was driving "highway speeds".

 

i live and work outside springfield and my phone blow up with people thinking it was me. my roommate even went by the house to see if i took the car or truck to work.
