Clutch replacement in the New Orleans area
So my clutch went out, and I have to get it replaced before I can use the car again.
My question is, would it be better to bring it to a shop or someone local?
I can't bring the transmission out myself because I don't have the tools or knowledge. But I know labor costs are high. And lots of people on here seem to work on their cars themselves. If a shop is better, does anyone know of a good place to go?
My car will likely have to be towed somehow to wherever it goes. But I'd be looking to go with a new master, CSC, throw out bearing, clutch, flywheel, pressure plate and bushings. Likely bought from zspeed.
To make sure I don't have to have it all dropped again.
