Damn, that's kinda out in nowhereville

Seems like a good "out in the country" location. Seems to be alot of tourists from other countries buy homes in that area. My old boss from England had a vacation home in Davenport. About 15-20 minutes to Disney, 30-40 to Orlando, and 30-40 to Tampa, so it's a central location.

Really? Nowhereville so where is a good spot to move in the area?

Depends on where your working. If it is in the tourism industry it's probably a good area since pricing hasn't skyrocketed out there like it has in other areas of Orlando. If you have to commute back into Orlando you might look around the Ocoee/Winter Garden area (West side) or maybe the southeast/east part of Orlando.

+1 Really depends on where your gonna be commuting the most. Road construction and tourists suck so you'll want to do as little commuting as possible

well me and my Girl work from home so commuting isn't that big of a deal.

Well I live in Ocoee and I really like it. It's only about a 5 minute drive into Orlando.
Ocoee is not to large of town and there’s pretty much two distinctive parts, the older side and the newer side where all of the new homes, and shopping centers are plus the city is still growing tremendously.
