I was looking to buy a single family home or townhome in Kissimmee in a development called Eagle Bay it is off Boggy Creek Road just south of Osceola Parkway . I was wondering if anybody knew anything about the area as far as crime traffic etc. Any help would be great.

Been living in this area since 2000 when I relocated from NY/NJ... it's not bad at all In fact that area is being developed as we speek really nice town home going up and growing fast, Wal-Greens and a hole lot more...Turnpike just down the road about 4 miles which leads to all major roads and Disney as well.....As far as crime man it's every were, just not to bad here but it's here and every were....Look me up when you head down here we have a great club "OZOC" down here check out our web site....Hope this will help you.:cool:

No...I dident say that its a really good place..I'm just saying that crime is every were ....
