Glad you are ok. I hope the insurance company works everything out for you. my heart dropped when i came around the corner after you and all I saw was Sharif stopped in the road and your car no where to be found. Hope to see you back on the road soon. If you need anything you have my number.

It was definately a crazy day! Seeing Chris slide off the road in my rear view mirror was the most gut wrenching experience I've had in a while. After I jumped out of my car, I did a semi-uncontrolled slide down the mountain...on my butt....thinking that Chris might be unconscious or something. But he amazingly signaled he was OK, and climbed out of the car! What a RELIEF!

Once we established that Chris was OK, we all started joking around, and a had pretty good time for the next two hours. Cars can be replaced or fixed, and everyone was just happy that Chris was unhurt.

I am was very glad to see you walking around man. It happened to me before so I know how you feel. The worst part about my incident was I didn't have full coverage at the time so I didn't get a big check from the insurance company. Good luck w/ the G37.

BTW where is the car? You should try to stip what you can from the car before the Insurance company get their hands on it.

Did the wrecker have any trouble getting your car out?

Wasn't to much trouble, but it took some time and rigging to get up.

VIZAGE 01-27-2008 05:25 PM

Sharif, sent you a pm.

Does anyone else have pics they could please send me? No rush though. Email is christopherspohn@aol.com

Thanks for all you guys comments. Yea Alex, defianlty got you beat. But at least both of us will have a curve named after us. Talking about beers. I'm about to get on that right now. I took the next couple days off from work so I could chill. I'll probably be sore tomarrow.

urban350z 01-27-2008 05:32 PM

yeah seriously try and get as much off it that you can, bc the insurance company is not going to give you anything extra for it. I had a car stolen and gutted, and i barely got any money back on it... We are vultures around here looking for good deals on parts...lol...

aww.. haha
once again, just glad that Chris wasn't hurt, seriously glad that it didn't happen on worse hills/cliffs (some are like, you drop off and noone sees you again style out here, and I'm sure out there too)...but the pictures make me cringe and sharif's g is looking HOT.

(if the car doesn't have a sturdy roof, it could be a death trap, too. think about rolling over, roof caving in and not being able to bend/shrink yourself.)

The Z hood and chassis structure is very rigid...thankfully. :)

No doubt. Bottum line, that's what saved me. I can't stop thinking about how lucky I was. The car held up pretty well, considering the factors.

monokuroboo 01-27-2008 06:09 PM

Sharif: yep, and I'm sure we're all very glad that it is so. :)
