There was a tire shop down south by South Florida Performance. I think thats what the tuning shop is called. They can do it or the tire shop down the street from them, they installed it for me for $150 I believe. It was in 2005. Hope this helps.

Thanks Brother, I just contacted a shop called wheel Tec.. they will do it for $200.00. I am just looking for a reputable place and of course someone that will do the job right..
I got the springs (Tein S -tech) now the hardest thing is finding the right place..
by the way how can I post some pictures of my Z? or atleast view the pictures that I attempted to post..
God Bless,

I have never posted photos but there is a little paperclip next to a smiley face when you reply or post a thread nad you attach the file. Yeah post pics when you get it done, i love the S-tech drop its subtle but just right. This is my car after the drop.

The ride is a little stiffer, handling is a smidgen but not too nitceable of a difference. The stance is much better IMHO. overall a great starter mod and definitley worth it, i get alot of compliments on the stance, and the car hasnt changed much from the pic. Yea I see a lot of Z's but not much of a Z only crowd down here. Good to here from a fellow member.

350z pics and mod descriptions..
Here are some pics from photobucket.com with some descriptions of my mods... Thanks to all for your reply and interest in my ride..
Photobucket (cool stuff) Thanks!!
There is no pics showing the rear of the vehicle.. I just lowered it yesterday and I noticed that the rear wheels are slanted. I know I will need camber corrections/kit.. What are your suggestions?? also, as soon as the springs settle I will attempt to get the all wheel alignment.. Good thing I dont drive this car daily..

As stated I just lowered my car yesterday and when I went to pick up the car I did not see much of a difference I was a bit unhappy.. After washing the car and looking at it a bit more I was starting to convince myself that it did drop but enough as I thought it would.. Do you know if these springs settle??
The ride seems to be better than the stock springs??
I also went on Tein.com and verified the drop using the Tein S tech, they showed a Z with the springs and it was pretty much the same drop as my car, so I felt a little bit better.. However that rear wheel tire issue has me a bit concern!!
Has anyone heard of Miami Chasis and their claim to correct cambers by welding and making their own kit??

Wow. I am surprised you found a place you felt comfortable with.
Had I noticed this thread I would have given you the only advice
about South FL shops you need - JAPTRIX. The car will settle
considerably. This takes about 2 weeks. You will then scrape all
over bird, the beach and any pothole. Don't worry, its usually
just the front undertray. Don't let anyone but Japtrix touch your
and you'll be fine. ::LL

when installing the rear springs there is a black rubber mount that goes from car to spring...i cut it about half an inch to insure that the car will sit level from the front to rear......search the forums and you will find more about it...
FYI- the camber kit is a pain to install but REALLY helps for a stright alignment no matter how small the drop

save your self the money and do it your self. Real easy install, you have a jack, tool to take of your wheels some sockets/rachets. Screw drivers. save couple hundred. Did it all my self.

Too late for me I have already taken the car for the spring installation.. I took it to place called exclusive motorsports, this company only deals with high end cars.. Rolls Royce, lambos, bentley's and son on.. they also do regular cars as well. The place seemed very clean and nice they also charged me a reasonable amount I would say $200.00. Now I have to take the car for camber corrections!!!
Money,Money and did I say Money!!
Thanks, I am still going to checkout Japtrix
