I work at Lincoln/Mercury. He's actually my best friend. He's a salesman..James Tatum. Btw, when you worked in service, did they still have that horrible team of detailers? Brand new cars on the lot are severly swirls and scratched up. Also i found out that they do a check list for the detailers now after a car is sold. That is horrible.

ehhh, i worked there a few years ago. but like every dealership they go through detailers almost as fast as they go through salesman. No offense to your friend of course. Which, btw, I'm not sure I know him. But a lot of places have resorted to checklist. Mainly because of lazy employees and responsibility for the work YOU performed. I can't say I am a fan of the idea either, but it happens.

so who is running the show at your store now? When i was with the company the L/M service was about on its last leg. They had probably 4 service managers within 2 years.

All that technology, but the MPG gets little improvement. Nissan & all car ma-
nufacturers oughta work on that.
