yup it sucks finding out the week before the show especially after waiting forever for registration to open.

Any word on how to get refunds? I've emailed them and haven't gotten anything back yet.

there's always calling your credit card company if nothing happens within a month.

UPDATE ON REFUNDS!!!
i finally received this email in reply so keep an eye out...

If you purchased with a card online, you will be reimbursed on the same card. It will take 14 days to process from the show date. If you purchased at Walgreens, you will be reimbursed in 7 to 10 business days.
