paint is not a good match on the bumper and the hood has a larger than normal (although looks even) black "line" where it meets the bumper

speaking of Carfax, how do they obtain the info? each time we bring to service, the dealer will share the info?

im curious to what might have happened to that car? anyone know thru carfax?
