Same diameter wheels, staggered offset allows you to rotate tires correctly and still have a larger lip in the rear.

Would a 9.5 width up front cause the wheels to stick out past fender? Or would they run flush?

Deffinitly would not stick out +30 is the same offset as stock.

*remember just because the width is 9.5 dont forget you still have three other factors *offset, tire size & camber adjustment.
