Of course it's still shamefull. Just to be defensive about about it, I wasn't cruising at 75. From a standtill, i floored the car and the car just went straight to 60+. 75 was the cop's approximation w/o radar. But yeah, I shouldn't be doing that.
fucckck that we own 350z we should be allowed to the car has way safer handles than your average vehicle. i also got a ticket im bout to contest but with the north justice center in fullerton. stupid cop gave me a speedin ticket while doin 50 in a 40? whats that about? im guessin cause i was in a bucket.

I dunno if it helped that I got caught last Oct 06. Process took so long. Maybe the cop just let it go or just gave up cause he didn't catch me with his "radar". I went to court once and was found guilty last March.
My case didn't even grant me to do "traffic school". They said that 75 was too high for traffic school and only 20mph over the speed limit grants u to go to school.
I plead not guilty and fought it by trial by written declaration. Got a lil help from ticketassasin.com, some proof of the scenario (my story of the incident) etc. etc.
thats it pretty much.

What that means is that the Officer did not respond with a written declaration. With no testimony from the issuing officer, there is no evidence submitted to support the accusation (ticket). Therefore, the court has to dismiss the citation.
You see, most Officers write reports all the time. The form most courts use is a bit long, so most blow it off...unless you were a "Adam Henry" (A-hole) on the side of the road when your were stopped. If so, most will gladly take the time to pencil F you.
