Where's a good audio installer?
 

I've been reading around but all the shops seem to reference performance, but can't find any good listings for audio installers.

Anybody had good experience? Basically I'm looking to buy a headunit, amp, and front speakers and would like to have a pro install it. Later on will get another amp and sub.

My installer works in Anaheim Hills or Santa Barbara depending on the time of the year. You would buy the components and he would install them. You can search for my install to see his work. Bing from Simplicity (well known on this and other forums) also recommends him.

My boys From La Jolla Audio can definitely do a sick install. They did my Z with custom DVD, Pods / front speakers, sub and rear speakers. Its usually him and his brother. They basically work on Ferraris, Porsches and Lambos all day and get paid peanuts. So they need to do side jobs. If your looking for a super clean install PM me and I'll relay the info (they'll hook you up with pics), I think they charge 25-45/hr. (depending on the car) but thats nothing compared to their shop charging 125/hr. They just got a 2007 top 100 installers award from some magazine too.

can anyone recommend a shop in the westminster/garden grove/fountain valley area?

btw, all i need is someone that get power up my lcd screen that's already mounted in my car. i'm not much of a stereo guy. :(

Sound Tech in Long Beach. They did all my stuff no problems yet.
