These are what we need to do so this can be a successful night during the show
1. Doesn't matter if we don't register together just make sure you put My350Z under team affiliation/group.
2. Register ASAP before they run out of space (atleast 3-4 weeks before the show)
3. We need to figure out how are we sharing the bill for power/electricity during the show (its dark during the show so we need to pay for power supply). This can be done when you're registering your vehicle, it will give you an option for power supply (I think $20-30 more per outlet?)
4. Find a good meeting place for roll in day (the night before the show) and WE MUST ALL ROLL IN TOGETHER AT THE SAME TIME SO WE CAN BE IN A GROUP.
5. Make sure you have less than 1/2 of Gas during the roll in (right Mel )
6. Bring snacks/drink cause its F%$king expensive during the show!!!!!!!!
7. Have fun and lets show everyone how we do it

For the stickers ...I like the 1st or the last pics can't really go wrong with both. The 2nd and 3rd pics will look sick for the banner! nice work.

If these are for the stickers... I would keep it more to the banner style of long and slim for the tops of the windshield (If thats where were putting them).
The middle two bulky ones would look great for a team banner to hang tho !
Thanks for attempting some styles .. lets see some more. I wish I could do that stuff so I could help out.. I have good ideas for how they should look, I'm just not very computer savvy

As for the gas- definitely make sure you're at 1/4 tank or less by loading time. Indoor events are strict on this sort of thing. I tried to be slick at half tank last year but they turned me away and told me to come back at 1/4 tank. So after driving around the block a few hours, I finally loaded but was not staged near my caravan since I went in at a later time.
Sorry Mike...it won't happen again this year hehehe.
