What is a good source to use when you're looking to rent? Do you guys know a site or certain paper @ a newstand? I am looking for a new place so any help would be greatly appreciated.

This isn't my part of the country but you can also check with local realtors.

Try driving around areas you like you might see rent signs and you know you like the area......also local newspaper or local schools for 1 bedrooms.

what I dont understand about rentals is most people right now have low fico scores but people want to see a+ credit. wouldnt someone buy if they had a+ credit. Friend of mine looking to rent and makes good money but bad credit...

Craigslist for the win. Although it got me a really crappy apartment, it got it at a decent price.

yea but u always get to look at the apartments first.. search for property management companies and they have a large selection you can view on a single visit. Renting from individuals sucks sometimes when you need stuff fixed. But the cost is more reasonable
